Spicy Kheema Spaghetti

An Indian / South Asian take on spaghetti.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in oolive oil.
  2. Add salt & seasonings.
  3. Add onions & chili peppers.
  4. Once onions are translucent, add ginger-garlic paste & cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes and 1/2 cup water.
  6. Simmer until thickened..
  7. Serve over spaghetti, topped with cilantro.
