Ingredients:

150 g (1/3 lb) chicken, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 tsp soy sauce

1 Tb oil

1/2 onion

2 cups cooked rice, cold

2 Tb ketchup

1 Tb oyster sauce

black pepper, to taste
Eggs:
-
3 eggs
-
1 Tb cream
-
1 pinch salt
-
1 Tb butter
Instructions:
Chicken Rice:

Marinate chicken in soy sauce.

Fry the onions in oil until starting to brown. Add chicken and cook
through. Add rice and mix thoroughly. Heat through.

Add ketchup and oyster sauce. Mix and cook until starting to caramelize.
Omelette:

Whisk eggs, cream, and salt.

Cook egg mixture in butter.

Serve egg on top of rice. Garnish with ketchup.
