Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a Ziplock bag.

Scramble eggs in bowl.

Dredge chicken in a) flour bag, b) egg, c) bread crumbs.

Punch them while still in crumb-bin.

Let sit 15-20 min.

Fry in olive oil.

Drain on paper towels.
