Breaded Chicken Cutlets

Directions:

  1. Pound chicken breasts very thin.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a Ziplock bag.
  3. Scramble eggs in bowl.
  4. Dredge chicken in a) flour bag, b) egg, c) bread crumbs.
  5. Punch them while still in crumb-bin.
  6. Let sit 15-20 min.
  7. Fry in olive oil.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
