Blind: Victims are -10 to strike, parry, and dodge

Deafness: Victims are -6 to parry or dodge attacks from behind. Also -3 to
strike, parry, or dodge any other attacks, and automatically lose initiative
on all attacks while deaf.

Mute: -2 to strike, parry, and dodge for the first melee only.

Pain: -6 to strike, parry, and dodge, and lose 1 HP (not SDC) per minute affected.

Paralysis: Complete incapacitation.

Stun: Victims forfeit one attack per melee, speed is cut in half, and the
character is -4 to strike, parry, dodge, disarm, and all combat moves.

Tissue Manipulation: itchy, burning, cold, etc. sensations. -1 to strike,
parry, dodge.
Bio-Manipulation will affect an opponent inside MDC environmental body armomr
and light power armor (under 220 MDC), but not heavy power armor, giant robots,
or armored, military vehicles.
