4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

3 Tb za'atar

2 Tb olive oil

salt to taste (~1/2 tsp)

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Mix za'atar, salt, and olive oil in a large bowl to make a thick paste.

Add chicken to bowl and toss to coat thoroughly.

Place chicken thighs in glass pan and cook 40-60 min until done.
